Our Love Was Never Meant to be Timid.

By lynnyousosilly

Tear the curtains open
I’d swear I’d jump to see you,
Beyond the bars and glass,
Hun this separation will never last
Let my feet tap across the crimson…
Tiles of warmth,
And alas,
Leap to your comfort.
You’ll no longer exist
As a breath released from plastic
But real, whole, the answer to my wish
No bounds, no limits
Boy our love was never meant to be timid.
It’s away from here
And there in front of you,
It’d be clear, it’d be clear
Whisper, whisper
Your soft serenade
It smashes the phone
And brings you in front of me
It’s home, our home

Yet another cheesy, teenage love poem.
