The half blind fox

Cover Image

The half blind fox,

He was never lucky,

Always alone and hungry,

His half sight was a nuisance,

He could not catch anything to be eaten,

No one loves him, no one sees him,

Even though they have both eyes,

He thought better to just die,

Then to hear nothing but his own sigh,

During his last puffs of breath,

A magic man appeared,

He offered the fox his only wish,

A wish to be seen and to be remembered,

The magic man granted his wish,

And the half blind fox,

Now mummified,

And the half blind fox,

Getting all the RECords,

Has a happy smile beneath his eyes
