More Important Things

By The New-Age Thinker

Yes, I could shed a tear;
But for you?

The Sun is dieing.
And rolling around,
too cramped to fit
in the grave,
shall go with it the Earth.
The stars are losing their luster.
And as the stars go,
and we see the
true darkness of the night,
our hearts will begin to fade.
And then our souls.

Humanity is finding new places in which to manifest its darwinistic intellectuality.
Places that will rot our children's minds.
Art is losing the sparse group of socially, mentally, economically, and societally inclined individuals it can, for the moment, call its own.

The Earth will flood.
The barren wasteland
will cease to produce
any form of sustenance,
and the Darwinism
that gave us our thrones
will take away our lives.
The axis that protects the
fragile balance
of the world and our existence
will cease to turn.
The Universe will be silent.

Yes, I could shed a tear;
But not for you.
