Did you see this in ABC news today? Cher is going to the US Supreme court to defend free speech. In the article I read, it said, "Solicitor General Donald B. Verrilli Jr., arguing on behalf of the FCC, says in briefs that the FCC's enforcement rules remain a "reasonable and constitutional implementation of the government's compelling interest in protecting children from harmful exposure."
Now I can't get that image out of my head - Donald Verrilli Jr. standing before the Supreme Court justices in his briefs arguing about indecency!
Talk about harmful exposure!
(I think this is fair use of a news article in comedy protected by the 1st ammendment to the US constitution, but if anybody else thinks this joke is a copyright issue, I'll delete all the writing. The article was published at ABC News by Ariane de Vogue about 9 hours before I wrote this joke.)
