Boom Box Memories.

Cover Image

Through the open space of black and illuminated specks

Scattered carelessly around from one corner of nothing; to another

I drifted slowly- or so I thought, yet at the speed of light I was shot

Leaving a trail of white glistering dust behind

It was peaceful, and

Nothing of reality remained to disturb it

My mind ran blank and empty; my ears rang of classic Moonlight Sonata

I needed not a breath

As I pushed between the stars and planets

Pushing myself closer to the star effortlessly burning on- and on

I felt the stretching sensation of the biggest smile my muscles could muster
