Your heart begins to race, forcing you to stop and grip the edge of anything just to maintain a hold on a focused view. The onset of adrenaline evolves into vertigo and you fear that the dimensions will swallow you up whole. You worry about the sense of danger that strikes your mind and you hold yourself as your inner voice sneers and growls in hopes of scattering the approaching terror.
But then your heart slows.
The adrenaline stops.
Vertigo dissipates midway.
The next dimension rejects you.
And nothing ever comes.
Dug this out of a box. I used to suffer from anxiety attacks and my doctor made me write down what I as experiencing for some reason or another.
