tell me a story...(poem nineteen)

lips just peeled slightly apart,
gap ever so slightly peeking through
i watch and wait and wonder
what will fall out.
stories, certainly, but which kind,
there have been so many unfolding
from his lips. spinning into escapades
of their own, outside of the borders
of the stories they are confined in,
they sometimes wonder, trail
into the unkown. i don’t mind,
i could watch him talk
for hours now. i see it, just
about to slither through, wisp
of something golden shining
i can tell this one is
going to be…
