Streak of the Satellite (poem every day - Back 15!)

Cover Image

The winds on Saturn have died tonight

Let its moons find sleep by the sun’s candlelight

Lay back down and recount the forgotten stars

Then we’ll go land on the far side of Mars

Brush your hair back in the sway of a Neptunian breeze

Reminded of poetry penned for moments such as these

Supernovae can’t tear the constellations that make us apart

For you are the universe that orbits my heart
