Rion, lonely till the day you die. If only you could've waited a little, you would've earned your wings, then I wouldn't have to worry about you.
Every night I am surrounded by shadows. Nowhere to go, they cling to me like drunkards who have fallen asleep on the pavement in the middle of the day, daydreaming of old empires. Only to wake up the following day misty-eyed, broken hearted & completely stripped of religion.
Charity if you would only come to me I'd wear your crown. I'm too young to enter love’s other kingdom. It takes forever to become pure, that a small intimation of light in your room is enough touch me.
I go where your silence goes. Sometimes you are no more with me than in a whisper uttered in dreams, or cries heard in prayers.
Somewhere in the distance, the morning bell rings. Answered only by the hollow laughter of children. I cannot wake up.
I dive into the ocean.
