This is for all those poor ancient Romans out there who were trying in vain to figure out the words to this song. Hopefully they will find no barbarisms in my translation. Latin is my day job, so this should be correct. Mirabile dictu it mostly fits the rhyme scheme and rhythm of the original. I did have to dispense with a couple of words due to the highly inflected, polysyllabic nature of Latin.
Nil magni.
Nil clari.
Nil utilis,
Consili.
Nil magnopere intelligendi.
Nihil mundi revolvendi.
Nil momenti,
Flagrantis.
Forsan aut non
Tacentis.
Nil duri
Etiam
Nihil nudi...em non iam.
Nihil salis, sapientis.
Nil momenti,
Vincentis.
Nihil gravis.
Nil certi.
Nihil dandi aut capiendi.
Tempus nobis nunc adest.
Nil plus, gratias. Satis est.
